I've been searching since 1989 for those things that would create the greatest improvement in my own health and sense of well being. I discovered recently that almost all of the things I find effective are in some way related to water. Since my greatest teachers are dolphins, I wasn't surprised at how much water plays a part in my life.
 
Because our body is hugely made up of water, this makes sense from that perspective as well. If you can greatly impact the water in your body, you can greatly impact the entire body.
 
If you've ever attended a Prophets Conference, you'll notice that many of the presenters use Dr. Emoto's work in their presentations. For those who haven't had the opportunity to witness the miracles of water that Dr. Emoto has captured on film and presents in his book "The Message from the Water," here is a brief explanation.
 
If you take water and freeze the molecules and then use a microscope and camera, you can capture on film the molecular structure of the water. Water from a very large city contains tons of chemicals and has gone through a million pipes - stripping off electrons and causing the water to clump. The frozen molecules are in non-symmetrical patterns. It looks to me like it is full of chaos, is warped, and definitely not beautiful.

If you take glacial water and do the same freeze and film process, the water crystals look completely different, are very intricate, completely symmetrical and quite beautiful.
 
Depending on which type of water you are taking in, the water molecules that make up your body are also looking like chaos or are very beautiful and pristine. Which would you like 70 to 80% of yourself to be made up of?
 
Even more interesting than finding out the difference between municipal water and glacial water is how they've discovered that you can change the structure of the water molecules just through thought.
 
When they took a jar of water and taped a negative word like "hate" or "kill" to it, the water molecules skewed, blurred, and became asymmetrical in nature. Then they taped positive words like "love" and "peace." The molecules took on the most beautiful, delicate, and complex patterns. You should see what happened when they said prayers over the water.
 
The same is happening inside your own body and in your world. And the water is our first scientific evidence of what I, and thousands of other teachers, have been saying for a long time. If you expose yourself to negativity, watching violent films, watching the evening news, reading the paper first thing in the morning (what a horrible way to set up the vibration of your day), not only are you calling negative experiences and conflict to yourself - because what you focus on you create in your reality. But you are also causing this negative vibration to be set up within your cells.
 
If water is so easily affected by negative and positive as confirmed by Dr. Emoto's research, then it only makes sense that if you consciously work with the water, you can quickly and positively impact your entire body and health.
 
There are two ways to work with the water in your body. First there is physical and structural shifts you can make with water. Filtration can eliminate the toxins and pollutants and chemicals so the water you are drinking is pristine allowing you to have purity within your body. From the physical and structural we now proceed to the second way to have a positive influence on water and that is the energetic, or spiritual, side of things. Here we are dealing with vibrations. Earlier I talked about the body being made up of 70 to 80% water. And I discussed how easily water shifts from chaos to harmony. These are vibrational shifts. The higher the vibration, the more Divine the energy, the more healthy and better we feel.
